A Case of Strangulated Obturator Hernia with Internal Hernia

Abstract
An obturator hernia is one of the rarest forms of hernia. Since first successful operation by Henre Obre in 1851, almost 600 cases have been reported in the Foreign literature. Because of a hidden hernia and nonspecific manifestation, the
preoperative
detection is very difficulyt.
recently, we experienced one case of strangulated obturator hernia in a 86 years female patient who was not diagnosed preoperatively and combined with internal hernia and acalculous cholecystitis. So, we report it with review of literature.
